Thanks to its unique and irregular shape, this handmade ring executed by artist Alina Băncilă using a brass silver-platering technique, brings to the centre of attention a gemstone with a downright special meaning. Easily noticeable thanks to its purple colour, we discover an amethyst ring which imposes a particular elegance, but without inducing a feeling of rigidity. As we are talking about a semi-precious stones ring, it does bring an added value to any outfit. As for the amethyst’s properties, ancient Greeks considered that it had the power to keep alcoholic vapours, thieves or false friends at bay.
